For Time, Compete 6 Rounds Non-Stop::

   20 Double Clubbell Swings (90lbs)
   10/10 Bulgarian Split Squat - Airborne variation
   3 Laps Plyo-Box Jumps (16, 24, 30 inch boxes)
   10/10 Medball Drop Step Slams
   10/10 Reverse Guard Clubbell Drop Step
   10/10 Cossack Lunge Lateral Skips
   R.E.S.E.T. Breathing to 65%HRmax before subsequent round!
